An end-to-end analysis of customer, transaction, session and campaign data from an e-commerce business. I used Python to prepare and analyse the data, perform statistical tests and identify patterns in revenue, refunds, customer behaviour and conversion, then built an interactive Tableau dashboard to communicate the most relevant business insights.
